My wife is 164 cm for 54kg with a wonderfull B Cup... but be honnest Bigger is Better !
This H natural is enormous and just perfect. Really big when wore with a bra when it's push up so she prefer to wear it naturally just under a shirt.
Just a point it's heavy so perhaps difficult to wear during hours.
