1. Customers from Russia : Leave your full first, middle and last names; any difference may result in the product not being delivered.

2. Customers from Brazil : Please provide your CPF number. Failure to do so may result in delays at customs or the product not being delivered.

3. International shipping: Usually takes about 2 weeks/14 days. Shipping times are not guaranteed because of possible delays for import clearance at customs.

4. Public Hair: Available on request. Please send Roanyer a message with your order number to request pubic hair. This message must be sent as soon as the order number is available.

5. Roanyer does not offer refunds on customized or altered products.

6. Skin colors: 4 options (caucasian, natural, tan and dark). Each Roanyer product is handmade; color may differ slightly from the display because of differences in each batch of silicone.

1. Please contact Roanyer Immediately to inform us of any defective products. We can be contacted at [email protected] We will reply to questions about defective products within 24 hours.

2. Handle the product carefully. Do not overstretch the product or there will be a risk of tearing. Damaged or broken products cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Roanyer products are individually hand-made to the highest quality, but they are not magic. Due to slight differences in batches of silicone, there may be slight variations in measurements and color than product specifications. Please judge our product and its results reasonably.

Packing

We take great care when packing to ensure that your shipment will reach you safely. Please check the contents of the package before signing and report any damaged items to the carrier immediately. Also, please contact Roanyer with a photo of the damaged item; we will work to resolve issues with items damaged during shipping.

Customs Tax & Duty

1. Roanyer can ship products from China, or our warehouses in the USA or Europe. We will try to ship your products from the location closest to you. In the event that the item is out of stock in our US or EU warehouse, the item will be shipped directly from the factory in China. This may result in delays or additional costs at customs. If you have questions or requests about shipping, please contact Roanyer at time of ordering.

2. Roanyer will declare a value of 100 to 300 US Dollars to customs. Please contact Roanyer when you place the order if you have any special requirements for customs clearance.

3. Roanyer is not responsible for any customs or import duty. Customers are responsible for resolving any customs duty or import taxes charged.

4. Roanyer and our partners are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

5. Please be aware that additional costs or delays can occur during international shipping. Please be aware of any requirements for the importation of Roanyer products if shipping internationally. Roanyer will not refund products that are delayed or held at customs.
