1. Find Some Private Time to Explore Your Femininity
The first thing you need to do is carve out some private time so that you can fully immerse yourself and unlock your sissy desires. This can be between 30 minutes and 2 hours a day, but it all depends on how much free time you have.

Fire Hydrant: You can tell just from the name that this workout is going to absolutely burn your hips. It’s the perfect workout to widen them and give you an hourglass figure. To do them, get down on your hands and knees and then lift one leg to the side at around 90°, squeeze your butt, then lower slowly. 3 sets of 10-15 reps per side is enough for one day.
Glute Bridge: If your butt is as flat as mine was, glute bridges will help shape it to be rounder. To do this workout, lie on your back with your knees bent and your arms at your side. Then lift your hips and squeeze your butt as much as you can for 3-5 seconds, and lower yourself down. You can do as many as 20-50 reps.

Donkey Kicks: This workout focuses on your glutes to give you a bubble butt that would look great in tight dresses. To do them, get on all fours and just like fire hydrants, lift one leg at 90°, then kick your leg up and squeeze your butt before lowering your leg. You can do 3 sets of 10 reps per side each day.
5. Add Subtle Feminine Touches That No One Will Notice
You know that feeling when you’re wearing sexy pink lingerie under your clothes and no one else knows except you? Well, it’s time to crank it up a little bit and add more subtle feminine things to your routine.
Some great places to start are:

- Painting your toes a sexy red or pink color, but staying with socks on in the house
- Shaving all your body hair and being as smooth as a baby
- Wearing a soft pink lip gloss that’s barely visible
- Wearing a light but feminine scent like vanilla
